The goal of this event is to bring together passionate and determined women who wish to push themselves and gain new experiences in the fitness world. We have an amazing agenda forming to make your day sparkle: meditation, yoga, workout, speakers, good food, conversation and best of all community!

Check-in: get your WFS tank, shaker with IDLife protein, pre & post workout, mingle with vendors and fellow participants
8:30 - 9:30 am: Welcome - meditation - wake up yoga with Erin Bitney
9:30 - 11:30 am: Your choice: Workout (BeSickFitness L.L.C. will present a lower body workout, Jeff Zahler will present a back workout and James Winford Jr. will present a cardio based workout)- Yoga with Erin Bitney - Posing for Bikini & Figure with Isha Barrow - myofascia release/recovery with Mary Beth Larcom, Occupational Therapist; Amanda Arnold, Fascia Blaster; Trisha Augustine, Chiropractic
11:30 - 12:30 pm: Health Junkie will be providing lunch - IDLife hydration - energy -presentations by IDLife Corporate, Perfect Fit Gear and Hard Body Bronze
1:00 - 1:45 pm: Guest Speaker: Teri Dale, author of "I Refused Chemo", R.E.F.U.S.E.D Solution as it pertains to disease and cancer prevention
2 - 2:30 pm: Fun Movement Class with Isha Barrow
2:30 - 3 pm: Amanda Arnold of Soul Fit Minnesota will instruct on how to use the FasciaBlaster (purchase your own before the event: https://ashleyblackguru.com)
3:15 - 4:15: Nutrition Hour - Nutrition Hour - Open panel Q&A (Teri Dale, Adam Bisek, Isha Barrow, Jeff Zahler, Christine Bongiovanni Stiff)
