We will start with our annual NPC Athlete Meeting, at approximately 10:30 am (after our judge's meeting wraps up) and then move into posing instruction.
Sandy will lead the Athlete Meeting by discussing all of the new and exciting changes coming in 2018 as well as discuss what judges are looking for in each division. We will then transition into posing demonstrations lead by local IFBB and NPC athletes. Sandy will be participating in each division group helping athletes to distinguish between proper and improper presentation.
