Join Team On Track for our first ever Women's Fitness Summit! The goal of this event is to bring together passionate and determined women who wish to push themselves and gain new experiences in the fitness world.

Schedule:

8:30-9 AM: Check-In Once you've checked in, grab a coffee and a shaker bottle with protein powder (provided by 360CUT), get to know your fellow attendees and visit our exhibitors

9 AM: Introduction by Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff, owner of Team On Track, district NPC chairperson, NPC contest promoter, Minnesota’s first IFBB Pro

9:30-10:30 AM: Posing Hour with Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff and Isha Barrow, M.E.S.H.E.D Lifestyle Fitness owner and IFBB Bikini Pro.

10:45-11:45: Glue/Lower Body workout with Adam Bisek, Besick Fitness

11:45-Noon: Chiropractic Care & Recovery by Dr. Trisha Augustine, DC, owner of Grand Health Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Noon - 1 PM: Lunch, Swim Suit Chat & Make Up Demonstration. Lunch will be provided by Good Tines catering (lunch is included in cost of ticket and will be contest prep friendly; Good Tines will be contacting registrants for food specifications). While you’re eating your lunch Jay Nelson of Perfect Fit Gear will be chatting with registrants about custom swim suits and Kirsten Carlson of Hard Body Bronze will be doing a make up demonstration with fun makeup game planned for attendees!

1-2 PM: Nutrition Hour with presentations by Jason Young, nutritional expert and owner of YounQuest Fitness and Jeremiah Drobney with IDLife.

2-2:45 PM: Keynote Address by Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff
